Refund Policy

Last updated: July 29, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to mobile app development services purchased from 10X Blitz, Inc. (“10X Blitz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. The Delivery Guarantee

If your iOS application is not submitted to the App Store within fourteen (14) days of the conclusion of your kickoff call, your deposit is refunded in full and no further payment is owed. You retain any builds produced up to that point. This guarantee is based on submission to the App Store, not on approval by Apple.

2. The Scope-Fit Refund

We hold the kickoff call after payment. If, during that call, we determine that your project cannot be built properly within the delivery period, we will tell you at the time and refund your deposit in full, on the same day. You are never obliged to continue with an engagement whose scope does not fit the timeline you paid for.

3. Add-On Deadlines

Add-ons carry their own written deadlines, agreed at kickoff, and the same refund guarantee applies to each:

  • Growth Build: Meta Ads and AppsFlyer setup verified and handed over within two (2) business days of iOS submission.
  • Android: submitted to Google Play within four (4) days of your iOS submission.

If we miss a date we have committed to in writing, the deposit-back guarantee applies to that add-on.

4. When the Clock Pauses

Delivery timelines assume that you respond to requests within one business day. The delivery clock is paused for any period during which we are awaiting materials, account access, approvals, or revision feedback from you, and the deadline moves by an equivalent amount. Delays caused by a lack of response on your side do not trigger a refund under Section 1.

5. What Is Not Refundable

Refunds are tied to delivery timelines only. The following do not give rise to a refund:

  • Commercial results. We make no guarantee of revenue, downloads, subscribers, conversion rates, retention, app store ranking, or advertising performance.
  • Apple’s or Google’s decisions, including rejection, and the speed of their review processes. We handle rejections and resubmit at no extra charge, but approval is not within our control.
  • Delays attributable to you, as described in Section 4.
  • A change of mind about scope after the kickoff call. Scope is fixed at kickoff; new requirements are quoted as separate work rather than treated as a missed deadline.
  • Third-party costs you incur directly, such as Apple Developer Program fees, model or API usage, and hosting. These are billed to you by those providers and are not ours to refund.

6. The Balance Payment

The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the project fee falls due only on delivery, meaning submission to the App Store. If we miss the delivery deadline, the balance is not owed and your deposit is returned.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email business@10xblitz.com with your order details. Where a refund is due under Sections 1, 2, or 3, we approve it without requiring justification from you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary, and funds typically appear within five to ten business days of approval.

8. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record for this transaction. Refunds are issued through Paddle and returned to the payment method used at checkout. Paddle’s own terms apply to the payment transaction in addition to this policy.
